Valeri Johnson began working at Roger's Two Way Radio part- time in 1992, while still in high school. Her first responsibilities were answering the phone and greeting customers. After high school graduation in 1994, Valeri entered college at Bemidji State University majoring in Elementary Education, graduating in May of 2000 with a Bachelors degree. Rather than teach, she decided to continue her career at Roger's Two Way taking on more responsibilities and being promoted to Sales Floor Manager/Office Administrator. In August of 2005, Valeri opened the second location, Roger’s Two Way Cellular,left her long time job and moved across town to manage the new cellular store. She

oversees four employees and loves her new position. On October 7th, 2005, Valeri married Jeff Johnson, owner of Johnson Painting and Drywall, of Bemidji. The wedding was held in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with a reception to follow in Bemidji. They recently built a house on the south end of Bemidji. Valeri’s hobbies include reading, movies, being with her friends and family, traveling and concerts
