Debbie Carter was born and raised in Bemidji, Mn. She attended Bemidji High School then went on to college, graduating from Bemidji State University with a degree in Office Administration.

     Debbie joined Roger's Two Radio in February 1998 as Accounting Manager and bookkeeper. Her responsibilities include general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. She is a very proficient computer guru at running our accounting software programs and keeping track of all the money. If you have a problem with a past due bill, she is the person to contact.

    Debbie is married to Guy Carter and they have an eight-year-old son, Austin. She and her family live on a lake north of Bemidji and enjoy spending time outdoors. Her hobbies include landscaping, flower gardening and brewing homemade beer.
